Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.

  • Final payment is due before or on the day of installation or collection.

  • Orders will not proceed without written approval of the design proof.

2. Design & Approval Process

  • We provide a digital design/mock-up for approval.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to check all details (e.g. spelling, colours, sizes).

  • Once approved, any changes will incur additional charges and may affect delivery times.

3. Production & Delivery

  • Standard lead time is 7–10 working days from deposit and final design approval.

  • Priority or express production may be available at an extra cost.

  • Any delays caused by the client (e.g. late approvals, inaccessible site, unpaid balance) will result in rescheduling and a rebooking fee.

4. Installation & Site Access

  • If we’re installing your signage, clear access to the site must be provided.

  • Missed or delayed appointments caused by access issues or other client-side factors may be charged at £100+VAT per visit.

  • Electrical connections (if required) must be carried out by a certified electrician provided by the client unless agreed otherwise.

5. Materials & Warranty

  • We use premium materials such as cast acrylic, IP68-rated LED modules (energy-efficient & fire-resistant), and more.

  • All signs come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party installation, vandalism, or extreme weather.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom-made signs are non-refundable once production begins.

  • If a client cancels after the design is approved and production starts, any deposit is forfeited.

  • In rare cases of manufacturing faults, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All materials and designs remain the property of The Signage until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Franchise or Trade Clients

  • Franchisees and trade partners must follow brand guidelines and minimum monthly targets where applicable.

  • All signage must be ordered exclusively from The Signage unless agreed in writing.

  • Ongoing support, samples, and training are provided as part of the business setup.
